Service Description
A deeply restorative, integrative session that blends therapeutic bodywork, somatic awareness, and energy alignment to invite you to soften, release, and reconnect with your inner being, while also supporting the tangible repair and recovery of the physical body. Whether you’re healing from injury, managing chronic tension, navigating the lingering effects of stress or trauma, or not sure what kind of massage you're needing, this session creates space for both structural support and subtle transformation. Each session is uniquely guided by what your body and energy system ask for in the moment and in accordance to our session goals. Whether that’s deep muscular unwinding, joint, lymph and fascia support, nervous system regulation, or emotional release. This is not just bodywork. We will end our session of either 60 or 90 mins of hands on work and have a conversation about the experience. Here we will take time to discuss how best to integrate the work we did on the table in your real life, to make sustainable lifestyle changes and get the most out of your investment in this care for yourself. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policy • 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required. If not given, you will be charged the full amount for the service scheduled, and a new deposit is required to reschedule. This must be paid before a new appointment can be made. If you reschedule an appointment with a 48 hour notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. • You may cancel/reschedule up to 3 times per calendar year. • 2 consecutive cancellations result in a ban from future bookings. • Same-day cancellations will incur a $5 rebooking fee, deducted from your deposit. • Refunds will be processed in 7–10 business days. • No-shows will be charged in full and banned from future appointments. • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) will be considered a missed appointment, and the full session amount will be charged. Conduct & Safety Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment: Any unwelcome behavior will result in immediate session termination, full charge, permanent ban, and potential legal action. Parents/Guardians of minors: Must remain on-site during sessions for clients under 18. For ages 14+, you may wait in the lobby. A valid card must be on file for all minors. Children and pets are not permitted in treatment rooms. Bringing them may result in cancellation and full session charge. I agree that I am not currently experiencing any of the following symptoms: Cough Sore throat Fever Shortness of breath New loss of taste or smell Chill Nausea Vomiting Diarrhea Or been around someone who has been experiencing these one or more of these symptoms Special Cases Worker’s Compensation / Auto Accident Clients must follow all policies and provide a card on file. Missed sessions incur a $107 retainer fee. Hope Lives! Clients: 2 vouchers required per 90-min session. Missed appointments without notice will be charged a $160 container fee.
