Cupping therapy allows us to break through layers of connective tissue and musculature with ease and provide relief that can be felt for weeks after. Through the use of suction cups, layers of muscles and connective tissue are separated allowing blood, cellular debris, and stagnant energy to be brought to the skin's surface to be flushed away. Muscle tension is usually reduced almost instantly, inflammation is reduced, blood and lymph circulation is increased, mobility and range of motion may increase, and areas of focus or concern are addressed in half the time. Cupping is great to do on its own or add to any other massage service for an additional cost. Please come to your appointment showered, well hydrated, and ready to take 10-15 minutes to discuss your current state of health and ask any questions you may have. After your cupping session, it is essential to drink lots of water to promote circulation and flush away toxins and debris that have been brought to the surface. It is common that you will be left with marks of discoloration for some days after the treatment. This is normal and you are not to be alarmed.

Cancellation & Booking Policy 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required. If not given, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged/responsible for paying the full session price. This must be paid before a new appointment can be made, If you reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. • You may cancel/reschedule up to 3 times per calendar year. • 2 consecutive cancellations result in a ban from future bookings. • Same-day cancellations will incur a $5 rebooking fee, deducted from your deposit. • Refunds will be processed in 7–10 business days. • No-shows will be charged in full and banned from future appointments. • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) will be considered a missed appointment, and the full se Conduct & Safety Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment: Any unwelcome behavior will result in immediate session termination, full charge, permanent ban, and potential legal action. Parents/Guardians of minors: Must remain on-site during sessions for clients under 18. For ages 14+, you may wait in the lobby. A valid card must be on file for all minors. Children and pets are not permitted in treatment rooms. Bringing them may result in cancellation and full session charge. Special Cases Worker’s Compensation / Auto Accident Clients must follow all policies and provide a card on file. Missed sessions incur a $107 retainer fee. Hope Lives! Clients: 2 vouchers required per 90-min session. Missed appointments without notice will be charged a $160 container fee. Arrival Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early due to limited waiting area space. This ensures quiet time and essential breaks between sessions. To receive the most out of your sessions consider doing the following before and after arriving for your session: eat a light nutritious meal about an hour before, hydrate well the day before, day of, and day after your massage, stretch or go for walk, don't plan for much mental or physical stimulation after your appointment, get good sleep the night before and of the session, set intentions for your session.
