  • To receive the most out of your sessions consider doing the following before and after arriving for your session: eat a light nutritious meal about an hour before, hydrate well the day before, day of, and day after your massage. Setting an intention for what you are wanting to get out of your session can look like setting short/long-term goals, connecting with your body and knowing the areas you'd like work focused on, or how you would like to feel after your massage. This intention is what can really personalize your session. Afterwards, stretch or go for walk, don't plan for much mental, social, or physical stimulation after your appointment, get good sleep the night before and night of the session.

  • To maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have been in contact with someone who is sick, or are currently experiencing any symptoms of illness.
