Sports massage is a great way to stay at the top of your game or get back to it after injury. Through regular treatments you can see improved joint mobility and range of motion, improved circulation of blood and nutrients to muscles, reduction of adhesions, mental clarity, and reduced muscle tension overall. This massage style will focus on injury prevention/rehabilitation and recovery to make sure you're performing at the best level you can be. Please come to your appointment showered, well hydrated, and ready to take 10-15 minutes to discuss your current state of health and ask any questions you may have. ***Please come with training/running shorts, tank top/sports bra as there may be lots of active and passive movement/stretches.
