Service Description
The perfect pick-me-up. Offered In-Clinic, On-site, & in Corporate environments. Chair massages are perfect for that lunch break relaxation, special event, or if you just need a little something in between your regularly scheduled massages. Chair massage is a wonderful accommodation for those clients that have issues laying face down, getting on the massage table, or are new to massage and want to warm up to the concept before getting on the table. This massage focuses on your upper body through various broad strokes, compression, stretching, range of motion, and ending with a well deserved scalp massage. You will be fully dressed and seated. On-Site Chair or Table massage is available for your event, business, office, gathering. Offering chair massages to your attendees, employees, or friends and loved ones is sure to raise moral, uplift moods, relieve shoulder, neck, and back aches and pain, and introduce massage to those that haven't had the pleasure to try yet. Just provide the space, small table, and time and I will bring all the supplies that I need. Prices include mileage costs up to a 20 mile radius and prep/cleanup/driving time. Additional charges may apply for locations outside that range. A deposit of 50% of the service price is required for on-site events. If the event is cancelled outside a 48hr notice from event start time, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling an event within 48 hrs will allow your deposit to be put towards the new scheduled time. Please come to your appointment showered, well hydrated, and ready to discuss your current state of health and ask any questions you may have.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policy • 48-hour cancellation notice is required. If not given, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit is required to reschedule. • You may cancel/reschedule up to 3 times per calendar year. • 2 consecutive cancellations result in a ban from future bookings. • Same-day cancellations will incur a $5 rebooking fee, deducted from your deposit. • Refunds will be processed in 7–10 business days. • No-shows will be charged in full and banned from future appointments. • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) will be considered a missed appointment, and the full session amount will be charged. Conduct & Safety Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment: Any unwelcome behavior will result in immediate session termination, full charge, permanent ban, and potential legal action. Parents/Guardians of minors: Must remain on-site during sessions for clients under 18. For ages 14+, you may wait in the lobby. A valid card must be on file for all minors. Children and pets are not permitted in treatment rooms. Bringing them may result in cancellation and full session charge. Special Cases Worker’s Compensation / Auto Accident Clients must follow all policies and provide a card on file. Missed sessions incur a $107 retainer fee. Hope Lives! Clients: 2 vouchers required per 90-min session. Missed appointments without notice will be charged a $160 container fee. Arrival Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early due to limited waiting area space. This ensures quiet time and essential breaks between sessions. To receive the most out of your sessions consider doing the following before and after arriving for your session: eat a light nutritious meal about an hour before, hydrate well the day before, day of, and day after your massage, stretch or go for walk, don't plan for much mental or physical stimulation after your appointment, get good sleep the night before and of the session, set intentions for your session. Consent & Agreement • I understand the nature of the services offered and give my informed consent to receive bodywork, somatic, and/or energy therapy. • I have disclosed relevant health information and understand I may stop the session at any time. • I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the cancellation, conduct, and booking policies listed above.
